very disappointing. Chose him after seeing only good reviews but immediately after hiring him to sell our house he badmouthed our house to everyone who would call and want to see it. He gave false information about our house even after we told him to stop. He even included papers with false information in the prospectus he handed out to potential buyers. Came late to show the house (buyers had to wait 20 minutes for him to show) or didn't show at all He showed our house once to potential buyers, we had to show it most times. Or no one would have ever been able to see our house. He wanted to list our house low and didn't want to list it at a reasonable price. We said if he didn't want to sell it he wouldn't take it at the sale. But he said yes and also agreed to get us the price we wanted (which was more than he listed it for) He didn't listen to anything we said so he would have to ask us the same questions over and over again. He didn't say anything nice about our house so people would come looking at the house with negative thoughts that they would tell about us. If we wanted to talk to him about something important he would just stare or walk away. Very rude after hiring him, no apology for any mistakes he made. Listed our house in the wrong category so the people who would be looking for a house like ours would never have seen it. He added the wrong email address to hemnet so we wouldn't be able to log into the sales control page hemnet offers. Even after asking about this several times he refuses to take care of it. We have sold and bought many houses in the past but have never had such a bad realtor as Albin is. Would not recommend him to anyone. His boss didn't step in to help the situation. Albin is just allowed to do whatever he wants without any consequences.
