Stadens vvs felsökte våra och några grannars defekta radiatorer och kom fram till att de skulle rengöras. Bröt sönder vårt nybyggda elementskydd utan förvarning. Senare visade sig att det bara var ventilen i termostaten som skulle knackas …
The city's plumbing service diagnosed our and some neighbors' defective radiators and concluded that they needed to be cleaned. Broke our newly built radiator cover without warning. Later it turned out that it was only the valve in the thermostat that needed to be tapped for it to spring out in all the radiators. All unnecessary work on their own troubleshooting. They do not respond when I have contacted them and raised the issue of liability.
