Bad costumer service! I picked up a package and they were pretty okay at first but a young girl wanted to sell me insurance. Then I said no and she was really rude and gave me a small bag for a big box, "can you give me a bigger bag" but she didn't want to! It's not cheap there either for refusing a bag and it feels like you're not welcome as a customer.
