The damages I attached in the review were created in both the old and new apartments, which demonstrates unprofessionalism in your service. Regarding the trailer, if you were having issues with it, you should have informed me earlier—not 10 minutes before your arrival. You should have been transparent about the fact that you were bringing an IKEA trailer instead. Initial review: Please don’t be misled by the other high ratings. I received very unprofessional service from this company. I hired them for moving and cleaning services. They arrived with an IKEA trailer to move my furniture. During the move, they damaged the walls in both the old and new apartments (see the images I shared). In the new apartment, they also scratched the door. They made the elevator dirty with plant soil and left without cleaning it. The landlord contacted me and asked me to clean their mess, so I had to return and clean up after a so-called “cleaning & moving” company. The old apartment’s landlord also sent me an invoice for repairing the damaged walls. During cleaning, they spilled water on the parquet floor and did not wipe it off. As a result, the floor became swollen (see image). Their cleaning was not approved by the landlord, as many spots were left dirty, and they had to return and clean again.
