I think Heimstaden is quick to fix problems if it happens via the online survey. I had a problem with an outlet and the sink which they fixed the same/next day, great! I have had no problems getting a hold of them once I have called. Something I find odd is their parking. To get a parking space you need to sign an agreement which is also a 6 month notice period. This is sick and I have never heard of anyone else having something similar. In my opinion it should be 1 or 3 months, like it is in the apartment. I questioned this but only got the answer "unfortunately that's the way it is", there must be a reason why you have a 6 month notice period for a parking space, more than "that's the way it is" anyway...
