This shop has no understanding of the basics principles of doing businesses: price tags on the products do not match with the price you pay at the counter. Big and clear discount signs on the whole product category but not actually when you pay. I hate finding such surprises after having paid and left. If you don’t have the discount, then don’t put such signs. It’s not a question of money but basics of doing business. Will definitely not go to this Plantagen again despite it being the closest.

I would like to warn that one better checks carefully one's bill from this place. I have become really annoyed by them by the wrong doing/ambiguity how they charged me: First (my second time there) I was asked to pay 1955kr by card while I found later that my recept was for an amount of 1458 (pic 1). Ok when I went back and pointed it out they promised that they would fix it by reducing the overcharged amount next time I come. The next time I went there to get a "fyllning" of one teeth. It was suggested and time was booked during the first time I went there (during "undersökning"). I also received a cost calculation for all the upcoming treatment (pic 2). It says this treatment would cost 1095kr. Then the bill I received was with an amount of 1755kr (pic 3). The two extra things were "röntgenundersökning" and "akut eller kompletterande undersökning". So I needed to contact them again for clarification/correction. I was also not very happy with the fill either. The dentist Susanna did a very big filling against what I was told during the undersökning without discussing with me. I understand it might well be her professional/aesthetic choices but if she really is professional, she should have learned from my undersökning that I am using splinter for avoiding teeth grinding. Now with this huge filling, it no longer fits. Positive thing is that they did correct everything after I called them without much hassle. So I changed the review to be 3 from 1 for this.
