I visited Stadium Södergatan on 28 November and had a disappointing experience. I asked a staff member (short blonde hair, glasses) for help with a locked jacket. She raised her voice at me for no reason and spoke to me in an unfriendly way. She also told me I must return the jacket directly to staff after trying it, which I’ve never experienced in other stores. To compare, I visited the Stadium branch in Svågertorp today and the staff there were very polite and never mentioned such a rule. The difference in treatment was very noticeable. I hope the Södergatan branch improves their customer service and doesn’t risk its reputation by keeping staff like this.
