First of all, I want to say that when I bought my Dynavoice home theater system, I received great service. But later my subwoofer started to malfunction. I called and you changed the pins on it so that it worked again. Unfortunately, after about 3-6 months, it started to malfunction again, even though I had barely used it. This happened after the warranty had expired. I called two days ago and the call sounded promising. The person I spoke to at BRL told me that they had a well-known problem with these subwoofers. He said he would call me back, but I didn't get a call. So I called again today and was told that they couldn't do anything. When you buy such nice products and it's also a problem that you yourself know about, it feels very sad that there is no solution or goodwill. It feels like the problems started already during the warranty period and then continued afterwards, even though the product was barely used. Therefore, I feel it is poor customer service not to try to help in such a case. What initially felt very professional has unfortunately ended up being quite unprofessional. Opportunities to help the customer seem to exist, but they choose not to.
