Roof cleaning by Taklabbet unfortunately resulted in water-damaged ceilings. I ordered roof cleaning and painting of a house roof from Taklab1. The roof was indeed cleaned and painted, but Taklab1 managed to spray water in large quantities under the roof ridge so that it ran into the attic through the insulation and also damaged the ceiling with moisture. I alerted them to the damage and they installed a dehumidifier in the attic to remove all the water. They also replaced some of the water-damaged insulation and promised to fix the water damage that had occurred in the ceiling. Unfortunately, no action has been taken 10 months after the damage occurred despite repeated promises such as "it has not been forgotten" or "I think it will be possible to get this done within 14 days approximately" and despite several requests from me. Update 2024-03-11: Hammarö Måleritjänst painted the water-damaged ceilings and Taklab1 covered the cost. I would like to add that it was a well-done job by the painting company with very friendly staff. A well-handled customer complaint is the best advertising, as they say, and Taklab1 has now painted the ceilings and covered up the visible water damage with the help of Hammarö Måleritjänst. I also hope for an inspection as promised to ensure that no growth or other damage has occurred. I have updated the number of "stars" to reflect that Taklab1 still took responsibility and helped with the restoration of the water damage. Even if it took time, it is very worthwhile for a supplier to take responsibility and handle the problems that arise.
