Just a lame bridge or a rare gem? A small bridge of the kind that would have been more common in the past. Its interior features an interesting half-timbered structure; the roof serves to extend the lifespan of such a bridge. I can imagine that many a rendezvous took place here back then (hearts and initials carved into the wood) or that open carriages took a break here in bad weather. Today it's closed to vehicles, but easily accessible from the 200. There are approximately six free parking spaces directly at the bridge. Its use as a geocaching cache or as a bulletin board for fans of the films "Sleepy Hollow" and, even more so, "The Bridges of the River" testify to its current use as a popular meeting place. A symbol of local history and craftsmanship.
