Within two days, two deliveries have failed where Early Bird was the courier provider. In both cases, we have received SMS messages stating that the packages have been delivered, but they have not reached us. When we contact the company to get information about where the deliveries have actually been left, we receive no response. Marking packages as delivered without them reaching the recipient and also not responding to questions is unacceptable. Because of this, I will avoid ordering goods delivered with Early Bird in the future. 👎
