When I was there 5 minutes before the visit was supposed to start, no one opened the door. Even though I knocked. When I got home, I got a call from a very rude man who tried to make fun of me and claimed that I hadn't been there at all and thought it was really strange that I hadn't called them. Will never make an appointment there again.
