I bought a Volkswagen Passat, registration number , from your store in Linköping. In the advertisement you described the car as being in very good condition and that the engine, gearbox and clutch worked without any problems. When I picked up the car from your store in Linköping, I noticed that there was a strange sound coming from the engine. Your salesperson then called a technician to check the car. The technician stated that the engine was working flawlessly and that there were no problems. I trusted your assessment because you represent KVD, which I perceived as a reliable company. Despite this, I still felt concerned about the noise and therefore decided to do a troubleshooting. During the inspection, several faults were discovered in the car, including: Clutch Wheel/bearing problems Turbocharger Engine mount DPF (diesel particulate filter) Additional notes that emerged during diagnosis These faults were discovered within 24 hours of purchase. I have tried to contact you via the complaints department, but have not yet received any response to my emails.j I believe that KVD has handled my case in a very inadequate manner. I discovered all of these defects within 24 hours of purchase. Against this background, I do not experience KVD as a reliable car dealer, even though you market yourself as such. I have documented the defects with several pictures and also have evidence from the troubleshooting that has been carried out.
