I ordered a Waldor mens watch in July 2025 and about 2 weeks later I received an empty , re-taped box. I paid 329.00 . I notified my CC company and opened an investigation. I sent Waldor pictures and asked for a refund. Waldor in writing acknowledged the box was tampered with "not appear to have been sealed in our usual way...likely occurred during transit .... we can arrange a refund directly". Because Waldor shipped a box and offered to refund me , the CC company closed the case in favor of Waldor. Waldor never refunded my money . Shame Shame Shame on you Waldor, this is not my fault, this is your loss not mine. You acknowledged in writing the box was tampered with buy you are refusing to refund my money, Shame on you. Do not do business with this dishonest company. Lots of other nice watch companies out there.
