I have been a customer here for many years and I would like to start by saying that the products have always been absolutely perfect. I have never had any problems with the quality and have been very satisfied over the years. Unfortunately, on my last visit I had a bad experience with one of the staff. When the person was trying to explain something, the treatment was perceived as rude and condescending, which felt annoying and unnecessary. As a long-time customer, I expect respectful and friendly treatment. I hope this is taken seriously, as the products themselves are excellent!
