The highest level of crookedness!!!😡 Needed help unlocking my phone, something 3 couldn't help with. Instead suggested that I pay for a 12 month subscription, but since I own my phone, that wasn't an option. Instead bought a prepaid card. Later got help unlocking my phone in another store. Free. Then tried to return the newly purchased prepaid card, but it didn't work. Very arrogant and unhelpful staff in the store at Kungsmässan, Kungsbacka Never 3!!
