The company requires returns with additional services, in my case it would cost 210 kronor to send a lamp back. Now I have sent the order back as a package without additional services for 122 kronor and the company will not collect it and I have to wait for it to be returned to me to send the return again. I do not know what the cost of the return will be, but somewhere between 400-500 kronor. I can add that I wanted to exchange the lamp for one that cost four times as much but the company did not want to be helpful with a smooth return/exchange for me as a customer. In conclusion, I advise against shopping in the company's webshop if you are unsure whether, for example, the lamp will fit in your home.
