Then the lock broke. Of course, I tried to exchange my new bag for a new one that can be carried and locked, BUT Malungsbutiken did not think I could get a new bag. The bag broke the first time I was going to use it, when I was carrying it out to the car - so I am extremely disappointed. The bag cost 2159:-, with a 5-year warranty. We have bought many bags there over the years, but this one had to be the last!
