I would like to share with you a very negative experience at my son's first dental visit (the 2-year visit). The dental nurse who greeted us was anything but welcoming. The treatment felt unpleasant and unprofessional right from the start, and the entire visit was over in about five minutes. It did not give the impression that she had any genuine interest in meeting or treating a small child. She was curt, gave no explanations about the examination, and showed no warmth or educational approach that one would normally expect at a child's first dental visit. When my son thanked me for the toothbrush, he did not even get a response back, which felt both stiff and unpleasant. In summary, the visit felt stressful, inadequate, and far from the professional treatment one expects as a parent. I hope the clinic takes this seriously and reviews the treatment so that future small patients have a safer and more accommodating experience.
Sämsta vårdcentralen! Helt inkompetenta läkare som förminskar sjukdomarna man beskriver och vill ej hjälpa med något alls. Kommer definitivt inte rekommendera att lista sig där.
