Längden vi köpte var torr. Kör till "på kanelen" i Boarp för nybakt i stället - alltid fantastisk kvalitet!
Great catering! Ordered a three course catering package for eight people. Great food and great service. Unfortunately I didn't have the chance to take pictures. We got a lobster soup starter, cod for main and a dessert with a pudding + sorbet. All very tasty, easy to prepare, all the bits needed for plating. Our guests were impressed and very happy, we were able to offer our guests a delicious meal without having to spend hours prepping in a small kitchen. Great quality produce. Strongly recommend and come again soon just to see if I can pick up a bit more of that delicious soup :) Thank you!

Went for christmas buffet on Dec 23rd, party of six. Great atmosphere, lovely traditional "julbord" with a good variety. Very relaxed vibes, just the right feeling of informal and homely. Really lovely, old school skåne style dining space. Looking forward to trying to make it next year! A few more choices in the no/low alcohol beer selection would have been great.
Restaurant needs a better FOH! Went for dinner on a Saturday evening - great vibes, good location, lovely interior. Food is I think what you'd expect in a restaurant like this both in terms of quality and price point, possibly on the high end of the spectrum considering quality, menu, produce and plating. The FOH was quite disappointing, felt very junior and service just wasn't up at the level you should expect at this kind of establishment. Served the wrong food, seemed stressed and couldn't answer basic questions about the menu. There were no introductions to any of the courses. We didn't feel well looked after. Particularly weird was when they offered us a small off the menu "bite" without any explanation of what it was – we had to ask. Not only was it odd not introducing the food, but seems totally detached from reality considering that people may have allergies and other dietary restrictions. For a vastly different FOH experience, I can warmly recommend the Kastanjelund's Restaurant where I visited some months ago and had a great experience.
Went for dinner on a Friday evening, company of three. Lovely interior, rustic, genuine, south Sweden style and great service and presentation from the staff - all in all a brilliant experience and atmosphere. Good menu with a lot of local produce and some good wine pairings - nothing out of the ordinary wine wise but good solid choices for a high quality, robust dining experience. The food was great and felt like decent value - just the right level of casual, homely, relaxed and serious. Tasteful and intelligent presentations on old traditional plates - this place hasn't forgotten its roots which is brilliant. Dishes were good, yet perhaps too complicated. I wish some of the dishes would have been scaled back to really let the local produce do the talking. Most dishes felt too complex for my taste, e.g. like an attempt to do a starter with yuzu, dashi, bonito, local ebi in a Japanese inspired way — a bombardment of flavours and combined in a rather odd way if it was meant to be Japan inspired. For most dishes, fewer ingredients would have likely made it even better. Highly recommended if you want a nice, semi casual evening in a lovely environment with great local produce!

Han an amazing private dining experience at Kåseholm. Fantastic service, supreme ambience and an extremely tastefully and delicately realised experience, in the middle of Österlen. Could have been a boutique hotel or small restaurant in Tokyo, Los Angeles or some other big city, but instead surrounded by the beauty of southern Sweden. Cannot recommend this enough if you want an experience beyond the ordinary.
