For our traveling group of six people from another country, this was not a good experience for us. On their website it said they have tent places with electricity spot, when we got to the reception they told us they don't have tent places with electricity so we stuck with a normal one. (we checked on the map they only have ONE spot for tent with electricity even it was captioned tent PLACES) Soon as we got to the tent place and parking spot you could see it was really bad. The parking spot was made on top of a rock cliff and there was no space left. The place made for tent was horrible, on top of rocks and no space and it wasnt flat at all, really bumpy and trees that block most of the space. So we went back to the reception and told them there is no space and they asked for our spot number (was never given to us or explained and there wasn't numbers or orders tents where all over the place) And the woman behind the reception gave us a dirty look and told us everyone gets a number so we left because we didn't wanna deal up with it. I suggest improvising on helping paying customers and not being rude over things that weren't explained at the first place and updating websites with stuff that aren't able to get in person.
