I bought two water level sensors from Styra Hem, but unfortunately they only worked a few times before they stopped working completely – despite following the instructions both in the manual and on their website. When I contacted customer service to report the problem, I received a cold response. They did not want to admit that there could be a fault with the products and refused to accept returns or complaints. I am very disappointed in both the product quality and the service.
