After paying 380 SEK for 1 tent/person (by far the most expensive campsite of my entire roadtrip) expections were set. After a drive to the beach it seemed to be great. Nice lake with great view. After pitching my tent and diner it was time for some nice warm shower. That needed to be paid with coins, met some other guy there who was complaining as well. Anyhow, no coins and no opened reception. So decided to take a cold shower after some days of wild camping. Then it was time to clean the spork, warm water had to be paid there as well. I read the reaction of the owner to some other reviews of people who complained about this (for water saving). That doesn't make any sense, there is a rain shower installed and all the water taps are about the least water saving versions from the 90's. So the campsite hasn't put any effort itself to be eco friendly. The water was unsave to drink when it was not boiled (surprise surprise...) and even for a magnetron and cooking plate had to be paid). The entire service house was banged up and had it's last renovation 25 years ago, toilets weren't clean either. If you want to let guest pay for water (because it is about money obviously) give them a loaded camping card or maybe change one of those in the 80's produced coin machines for a newer versions which accepts a credit card. Long story short, the view is good the rest just isn't good at all. Charging serious money for this is a rip off. I wasn't surprised the campsite a bit further down the road was fully booked and this was far from. It has potential but work has to be done.
