I have had a very bad experience there. I bought a pair of Canada snow shoes with spikes and after wearing them 1 time, wrinkles started to appear and even the spikes sets on the sole are not stable in their place and made me about to fall when wearing the shoes. I communicated to customer support who didn't do anything and it seems that they don't even care. I feel that I wasted my money buying from a store who doesn't respect their customers by refraining from addressing their complaints I don't recommend buying from any of their stores
