Met by this at the door: What can I help with? When I stated my business, I was met with an uninterested counter-question that made me feel unwelcome. Had to sit down and wait. No info on how long or why as I thought I was first. When I sit there, I only see big flowers in front of me and when I ask something, people sit behind the flowers and answer. I don't see them. Very unpleasant feeling. Feels like I made a big mistake that dared me to visit this bank.
