Att säga att vi var besvikna skulle vara min största underdrift under de senaste 60 åren :-(
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights here over New Year 25/26. The staff and owner are all charming . The food was excellent and we booked all inclusive, drinks were also great. We did a night snowmobiling safari and a half day tour, the guide was brilliant. We are pretty experienced snowmobiling people and the guide adapted for us as they are normally going very slowly for newcomers. We saw the Northern Lights many times during our visit which ticked a box for us. We stayed in one of the cone rooms and although very small were great to sleep in and we did see the N.Lights actually from our room! The toilets in the rooms were incinerators which are a little complicated and not to be recommended!LOL. There is however only one shower for the whole site which is not great and really needs to be booked for your session which includes a sauna as well. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay but it was more rustic than our travel agent Off The Map Travel told us and we will be going back to them about our whole holiday which included the very disappointing Tree Hotel for which we feel we were significantly overcharged and would never recommend to anyone. Overall a fun place to visit but not a five star experience if expectations are too high.
