I had an absolutely terrible experience with FlightSearch. Their customer service is the worst I’ve encountered. After sending 20 plus emails, I received no resolution to my issue. In fact, they outright told me they will not respond to any further emails – completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If there are any changes to your flight, you are trapped. They create situations where you’re forced to pay extra, and they offer no real support. The entire process feels like a scam – they make it nearly impossible to make changes, and instead push you toward cancelling and taking a refund, which often comes with penalties or delays. Avoid FlightSearch if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. This is not a company that cares about customers.
