Terrible experience. I went to this shop to buy ice skates and the owner was extremely rude from the beginning just because I don’t speak Swedish. I explained that I’m a student from Madrid staying in Stockholm for a short time, but instead of being professional he kept making uncomfortable comments, questioning if I could even afford the skates, and criticising everything I said. I was polite the whole time and felt disrespected, judged and mocked. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this place at all.
