I have purchased this vase from this auction and paid for professional packaging.They put in a paper box and didn’t put any buble wrap in and my vase was broken. I send them 3 emails they always ignored and called many times couldn’t talk to owner. Finally they send me reply and they said packing is not their responsibility they will only pay the amount of the vase. they charged me for professional packing and they refused to pay for it also I lost money for cost of shipping. As an auction house they should know how to do packing and should know you can’t put a fragile item in a paper box. Every time I call they were very rude and ignorant. I have been working with many auctions in Sweden and worldwide I never seen a rude, ignorant and irresponsible people like this auction. I will strongly advise everyone to stay away from this miserable people they are thieves
