Unfortunately, I have had a very bad experience with a station at OKQ8, and this has happened twice. I have lived in Sweden for a long time and visited many cities, but I have never seen worse service or management than at this station. Problems I experienced: 1. There is no vacuum cleaner in the manual car wash. 2. The ventilation inside the manual car wash is very poor. 3. There is no car lift on site. 4. The air hose outside, which is used to pump tires, is damaged and the air is leaking. My friends and I have informed the staff about this several times, but nothing has been done. 5. At the air station outside, there is equipment to clean the car windows (window scraper, bucket of water and tap). Despite this, an employee came out of the cash register and said that it is forbidden to wash the windshield there and that I have to book the automatic car wash. This is unacceptable, especially when the equipment is there for use. Unfortunately, I felt that customers were not treated with respect. The person who was with me was also very upset by the way the staff behaved. I hope that the management at OKQ8 will look into these problems and improve the service, as such a level of service is not suitable for a large company in Sweden.
