Cecilia (store manager) is an incredibly bitter and unpleasant lady who knows absolutely nothing about service or customer service. She is completely incapable of working in a store she should retire from. I needed help adjusting my jewelry that had been wrong in the order and this was apparently the hardest task on earth for her to help with and I also got a scolding because her colleague Susanne apparently can't do wrong even though I never claimed it was her fault!!! Will never ever go back and will also make a case about this.
