Working here is something I am truly proud of As an employee at our health center, I can honestly say that it is a workplace where both patients and staff are taken very seriously. We have a strong team spirit and a common goal: to provide safe, professional and caring care every day. What I appreciate most is how we support each other in our daily work. Regardless of whether you are new or experienced, you quickly become part of the team and have the opportunity to develop. The management is responsive, communication works well and there is always room for improvement ideas and dialogue. The work environment is safe, structured and characterized by respect. We work person-centered, which makes every meeting with a patient meaningful. It is a great feeling to be able to go home after a day's work and know that we have made a difference together. I am proud to be part of this health center and can highly recommend both the workplace and the care we offer.
