Deeply Disappointed with Bredband2 Service Experience Dear Bredband2 Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received or rather, did not receive from your company. As a newly arrived international student, I reached out to your team to get connected to your network. I gave a specific date for your service personnel to visit and carry out the installation. No one showed up. Even worse, there was no communication, no update, and no explanation from your customer service team despite my efforts to follow up. Eventually, I had no choice but to send a formal email opting out of the service. To my shock, I was then slammed with a bill of 532 SEK for a service that I never accessed for a single second. It was only after this that I was told I was required to buy the router myself and carry out the connection on my own. This is completely unacceptable and misleading. I had clearly introduced myself during the onboarding conversation as a new international student, unfamiliar with how these things work in Sweden. Yet, this critical information was never disclosed to me. Your handling of this entire process raises serious questions about your commitment to transparency and customer care. I sincerely hope other international students new to Sweden do not fall into this same trap. I request an immediate review of my case and expect this unjust charge to be reversed. Regards
