You should probably start by changing your information on the website. It says that you are a flexible bus company that wants to protect safe, secure and smooth transport. Of course, you put the service for you as a traveler first, you write. Not a single sentence of this is true. The only thing you think about is following all the regulations regarding departure times and keeping to the times. The fact that there will then be a little "waste" in the number of people who do not come home is not something you care about or take any responsibility for at all. Even before the bus trip starts, you are lacking in information. It says that the departure is at Angöringen. Which turned out to be not the case at all. The departure is outside Karlskronamöbler. Maybe it's time to change that information so that it is correct. So people who are going with you know where to get on to begin with. Since you are an approved bus company, it is assumed that you have some kind of procurement plan drawn up for how to proceed if something happens. Apparently not. Today when the action was completed and it was time to drive home again at the appointed time, 3 people were missing. What the driver did was take the time and count the minutes that were over the appointed time. After 11min.32sec. the driver decided that enough was enough. Starts the engine and drives home. 3 people are left outside the store, without jackets either. Is this your plan of action if someone for some reason is not at the bus at the appointed time? You say you have never experienced this before. Very strange. Even more strange in that case that you do nothing to contact the people who are missing. Find out what happened. If this were a common recurring problem, that people are not on time or in some way mess up, I can understand that you are starting to get tired. But to just completely drive away people in another country without even their belongings on them is completely absurd to me. A very strange behavior. And as far from safe and secure as you claim. What if someone were to get seriously ill? Do you do the same thing and just drive away?! It could have been like that now, you wouldn't have known because you didn't find out anything about them. So I want to warn others now. You won't be safe with this company if you go with them.
