My daughter was going to dye her hair for the first time. Hairdresser Kerstin was great - showed different color options and explained carefully how the treatment would be done and how the hair should be cared for afterwards. It was a long session with several rounds of dyeing and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed it. The result was exactly what she wanted and she left the salon with a big smile and beautiful bright red hair and was very satisfied. Top marks to Kerstin for both the work and the service☺️👍
