Personal Opinion Only: The location is convenient and easy to reach. I booked the appointment over the phone on Monday, and they gave me a slot for Wednesday , they were very understanding and accommodating about scheduling, which was nice. Reception staff were okay and handled things fine. The doctor was friendly during our discussion, and the nurse was professional too. The doctor clearly explained what they thought was the root cause of my main problem and outlined recommendations for addressing it longer term. However, so called emergency Doctor treatment, no immediate containment or relief action was taken during the visit, so my core problem wasn’t treated or improved felt just like a normal consultation which even ChatGPT could have given me. I left still dealing with it. I was also a bit shocked to see an emergency Dr consultation fee on the bill. I had booked a regular appointment days in advance, so I was confused about why it was charged as emergency (or if it even was one). It felt unclear and unexpected. My bank balance went down (as usual for dental visits), but they sorted out the insurance part smoothly, which was helpful. Overall, the dental system sometimes feels a bit confusing, and parts of it seem overpriced, possibly geared toward insurance claims rather than straightforward patient care. I’m not satisfied with the experience, mainly because I didn’t get any actual relief that day and the billing surprised me. I probably wouldn’t go back again. Just my honest personal take,others might have a different experience or different expectations.
