Dishonest company that does not focus on the customer. 3 out of 3 jobs have been a disappointment. Submitted for service and reconditioning. The car came back with a large scratch on the right side. The mechanic did not want to take responsibility when another company carried out the reconditioning on their behalf. The other company blamed the mechanic when the car was with them for service. The second visit I had a noise from the front, I suspected a broken wheel bearing. Got the car back with the answer ""we did a wheel alignment and thought the noise went away". Got in the car and it sounded exactly the same again. Return visit. Then it turned out the wheel bearing was broken. Lastly I had a strange noise from the engine. I suspected that it was the timing chain tensioner that was broken. I got the answer that the car was poorly serviced and needed an engine cleaning + oil change. They replaced everything (didn't get a stamp for service) and said that the car sounds better now. Got in the car and it sounds exactly like before. Return visit. Timing chain has stretched. Feels like the company wants to scam people out of money when they don't have the ability to do the work themselves. Terribly disappointed. Never going back there.
