I was in NewYorker in Valbo on Black Friday and had one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a clothing store. An older woman with blonde/orange hair who worked there behaved completely disrespectfully from the start. Right when I walked in she told me that "you're not allowed to have drinks in the store", even though my drink was already closed and in my pocket. Then she said that I wasn't allowed to try on clothes if I "didn't intend to buy them", which is completely unreasonable in a clothing store. When my friends and I were going to pay, I went to the other cashier, and then she said that we hadn't stood in line long enough and let other customers in before us. She embarrassed us in front of everyone and the whole behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I expect you to take this seriously and come back with how you intend to deal with staff who treat customers like this. This was far from okay.
