I had an appointment at Lund University Hospital at 8:00. I ordered a taxi at 6:30. Asked if they could come at 7:20. They said they could come at 7:45. Taxi arrived at 8:15. 30 minutes late! They won't let me into the hospital 30 minutes late. I didn't even get in the taxi. I wasted everyone's time at the hospital and I missed my treatment which was important with my illness. Zero stars!
