Having someone standing over me while I’m checking out is why I don’t like going to Walmart. There’s hardly any help out on the sales floor but there’s one “overseer” for everyone checking out. Standing right next to me… honestly they need to be ringing the items the way they are just standing there with nothing to do but watch.. isn’t that what your state of the art cameras are for!!!

I like this store location, but there are few employees in case you need to ask for anything, and if you find one, good luck if they speak English.

I typically don’t write reviews because I believe everyone should form their own opinions about the places they visit. However, I feel compelled to share my experience at this Walmart, which is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. The self-checkout staff frequently harass me, despite there being other customers using the machines without issue. I can’t even refill my water jug without being accused of not paying for it and being told I need to purchase it again.

After one particularly embarrassing encounter, I asked to speak with a manager, only to be told none were available. When I tried calling to speak to one, I was left on hold indefinitely. To make matters worse, during a visit to the pharmacy with a paper prescription from my doctor, I was subjected to what felt like an intense interrogation by an employee. He took my prescription and consulted with other pharmacists for about 10 minutes before telling me it would be ready in 20-30 minutes. After waiting for over an hour with no update, I still hadn’t received a notification.

While I can’t say for sure, I can’t help but wonder if my race played a role in how I was treated. I’ve come to this conclusion after reflecting on these repeated, frustrating encounters. I strongly recommend getting your medications and groceries from Sam’s Club or HEB instead, they treat their customers with respect and won’t make you feel embarrassed for simply trying to shop for your weekly needs.

Good Store. Prices lower compared to Target. Fresh groceries and food section. Huge store but organized well as the staff works to keep it up to the mark. It'd be good if they place price scanners so we don't have to look for staff for pricing.

I see this place more than my home, I visit it almost every day. Transportation, parking, etc. are very convenient. The only thing that tires me is that some of the customers in the self-checkout areas linger too long while passing through. You lose a lot of time for a really simple transaction

Edit: Please stop sending emails like 'Get a chance to win up to $1000 gift card' after every order. I keep betting with my wife that 'this time, I’ll definitely win,' but she wins every time. So far, I’ve paid her $400. For the sake of my marriage, either give me that gift card or please stop sending these hopeful emails.

Fabulous because this is one of the rare Walmart Supercenters in the metro Dallas area that tolerates overnight parking. I arrived after 10:00 pm so I didn't have a need to shop in the evening, but they open at 6:00 am. Super easy to pop in that early when the store is almost empty to pick up a few things from well stocked shelves and not have to deal with the People of Walmart.

Clean, bright, no trash on the floor at this time of day. Prices clearly marked and the self-checkout worked well. The men's room was actually clean and fully stocked.

Yes, I've been to hundreds of Walmarts. This was a positive shopping experience today.

Tomatoes, onions, bell peppers are sub-par. Bell pepper were all old today, most were wrinkled. The bottom of the bin was wet from a rotting pepper.
