Walking in the valet staff was kind and helpful. The person working at the front desk, Jody, was phenomenal. She made our check in process easy as could be. Rooms are clean and nice. Noise control isnt a forte here but the rest of the experience was great.

Nice hotel but noisy rooms. The hotel has adjoining rooms which are very noisy to say the least. You can tell that it is a noisy hotel since they advertise earplugs for guests (see photo).Hotel seems to be geared towards a younger crowd which will not go to be bed early. Entrance/bar not made for Boston winters, need to wear a jacket to have a drink.

The property is well maintained and has nice amenities and a great atmosphere for business travelers and pleasure as well. It was wonderful working with the front desk and Alina is an awesome post for anyone staying there. I would recommend the property for anyone traveling into South Boston and looking for a convenient and awesome energy.

Our trip was great! The hotel is fantastic and the employees, especially Jody are super helpful! The food options at the hotel were a huge bonus for us, we had never stayed and the late night store 2am I believe helped out! The room we had was perfect.

Staff was great. Good location. Lobby was cold (it was cold outside and doors are open a lot). Big, open lobby with breakfast area and bar with pool table and foosball table. Open mic night the night we were there. Talent was good for the most part. $25 resort fee goes towards food. Order breakfast at front desk and it comes out a window or buy bagels, hot/cold cereal, pastries. Not enough hooks in room bath area/ water closet. Two adults there for one night not a big deal but more people/nights would be an issue. Bed was very comfortable. Airport noise was not an issue

First time staying at an Aloft hotel. The lobby was nice and the check-in process was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The "market" items for purchase could use a few more hearty late night options.
This hotel is right across the street from the convention center which was convenient as I was here for a conference. It's a relatively easy walk to get other stuff in the area.
My only real complaint is the noise. The room I was in had paper thin walls, I could hear every conversation happening in the hallway, in adjoining rooms and every time someone above me dropped something, etc...Also, although I couldn't hear the elevator going up and down, I could hear the dinging of the elevator throughout the night. Finally, the planes taking off and landing at all hours at BOS was pretty loud. In general, I didn't get great sleep. Also, please put up some clothes/coat hooks. The only hook was a single hook in the bathroom. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The immediate vibe you get when you walk in is one that is relaxed and warm. The lobby and general facilities were in pristine condition and the rooms were tastefully decorated. Even the elevators were impressive, moving quickly and efficiently.
The front staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The bartenders were friendly and served great drinks.
Plus, the hotel's location in Boston's Seaport District made it easy to explore the city's waterfront area. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional experience!

My stay at the Aloft Hotel in Boston's Seaport district was truly excellent. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's unique hipster vibe, unlike anything I had experienced before. The fun and relaxed atmosphere set the tone for a memorable stay, and the staff, while laid-back, were incredibly helpful and attentive.
We stayed in a handicap room, and I was pleased to find that there was ample space for us to move around comfortably. One feature that stood out to me was the elevator system. I have a fear of heights, so I appreciated that you simply input your floor number into the keypad, and the elevator automatically directs you to the correct floor without any additional buttons to push. This simple yet effective system ensured that we arrived at our floor smoothly and without any unexpected detours, a feature that I found particularly reassuring.
Overall, our stay at the Aloft Hotel was a delight. The combination of the hotel's unique vibe, friendly staff, and thoughtful amenities made for a truly enjoyable experience. The only downfall was the location in the Seaport district, where all hotels were significantly more expensive than what we had typically paid in the past. While the Aloft Hotel may have been one of the more affordable options in the area, it was still quite pricey. Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel for its fantastic atmosphere and excellent service.
