Riddermark Bil - Strängnäs Megastore

Bought 2 cars (one after another) from Riddermark, and Glen Gunnarsson was my sales man. Very happy that i got him to help me out, very quick and effective service i received from him, he personally made sure that everything was exactly as i asked for! Can’t even wish for better service, he helped to choose the right car after i explained what i was looking for and made sure that it would get delivered to my home door asap! All i can say is when i am buying the car next time i will definitely call Glen! Highly recommend to everyone

Worst customer service ever, I would not recommend this company. They just want money and to scam the customers. The team does not know do give a transparent financial proposal, instead they just beat around the bush trying to understand if they could sell the vehicle to higher prices and higher interest rates. They expect customers to be utter stupid, and don't realize there are many other good dealers out there. me and my friend made an inquiry on the same vehicle, and we asked for the same things, and they ended up giving entirely two different prices and fixed rates. Funny things is they are not even close to each other.

Bought a car from them in September last year. Arrived with engine management light on, was promised that they’d investigate and fix, turns out cables are rotten, no reverse lights, parking sensors done for. Took them two months to make a decision to fix at their expense. Finally got it to the garage Dec 8th to be fixed, wrong part arrived, Riddermark need to give permission for the right part needed. Question was asked over four weeks ago, still waiting, the car has been sat at the garage for a month. We bought the car four, nearly five months ago and in total have been able to drive it for a few weeks. Absolute joke.
