Ronneby Brunn: SPA, Hotell & Konferens i Blekinge

I stayed for a couple nights on a work trip. The room was a bit smaller however, the bed was comfortable. The linens were fresh and clean which made for a great night's rest. The water temperature was not very hot in my room but the towels were clean, fresh and soft. The carpeted floor had an odor that I dislike, it wasn't overpowering but still lingers. Breakfast was consistently delicious with a variety of food in which to choose. The bar was great in the night but closed early which was a bit disappointing.

A wonderful weekend. The hotel staff were wonderful. They went above and beyond. Especially the lady at the bar and the young blonde girl at the spa this weekend. They were very nice. Wonderful service. The rooms are clean and have everything. We haven't been this happy in a long time. The only downside is the lack of hairdryers in the spa. There were only two, and they barely worked for enough people. On the day of my departure, I drove 180 km with a wet head. And the girl who worked at the spa that Saturday evening with dark hair....She was the only one in the entire hotel who wasn't pleasant or friendly. That's not how staff behave.

The hotel requires a full renovation. It is out dated, and the floor is disgustingly dirty. There is no chance of public transport or taxi, so walking 30 minutes to train station is not an option.
