They came quickly when our radiator on the top floor had rusted out. They removed the old one and put in a new one and fixed it so it was warm again. The guy who came was nice and came quickly even though it was quite late on a Saturday night. Nice not to have to wait.

Everything has worked great! They do what they promise and then some. I had a nice bathtub installed on very short notice from my side and Johannna in the office explained to me how it worked with root deductions and also answered technical questions. Thank you!

We had a problem with a leaking toilet. I got in touch with Rörassistansen who booked an appointment for a plumber to come and fix the problem. He arrived at the appointed time and also called 10 minutes before and said he was on his way. Very nice guy. He did the job quickly with confidence and competence. I will contact this company again if I have any similar problems in the future.

Fantastic service from first contact to the issue being resolved! Emergency sewer leak. When another plumbing company that promised to be here within an hour canceled the job, I called Plumbing Assistance. Got a fantastic response from Johanna who took the call. After 10 minutes they called back and informed us that the emergency service could be with us within 20 minutes. The guy who came was fast, thorough and solved the problem efficiently. Afterwards I was called by Johanna to ensure that we were satisfied, if we needed cleaning help, she could book it and booked a plumber for the next day. My warmest recommendations for this company!

Avoid! The plumber arrived 1.5 hours late even though it was the first job of the day. He asked to use my tools to chip away cement. I suggested that he could perforate with a drill and then knock away material instead of chopping with a mortise knife(!!). He asked for my drill and used it until it stopped working and asked if I had another one. The price? Over four times higher than their estimate.
