Hired the company during the summer of 2020 for the facade renovation of a listed property. Estimated cost of approximately 2 million SEK. As the property is K-marked, a grant has been applied for from the County Administrative Board and partial financing has been approved. The plastering work was carried out without major criticism, but the painting work has not been approved at the final inspection, which is why the County Administrative Board's grant has not been paid. The final payment has been paid to the contractor, as it is a prerequisite for the grant from the County Administrative Board to be paid. Despite pressure for three years, the work has still not been completed. The person responsible has chosen not to be reachable, which is unfortunately in line with previous experience when several inspections have been canceled during the course of the work. The situation is very sad and we had hoped that this review would not have to be written as we want to assume that professional pride means that one does not want to leave behind bad work and dissatisfied customers, but unfortunately we feel nothing but cheated. Success should of course be celebrated and not be taken away from those who do well, but it's hard to ignore the fact that it's striking when a million-dollar car rolls into the parking lot and you take on a project, only to see it run into the sand and not be completed like this three years later.
