Fick min bil bärgad dit över en helg, tidigt och snabbt på måndagen fick jag ett samtal att de fick igång den men vägrade berätta mer än att de fått igång den, vid frågan om jag kunde KÖRA den hem fick jag ett sådär svar med att den rullar …

Got my car towed there over a weekend, early and quickly on Monday I got a call that they got it started but refused to tell me more than that they got it started, when asked if I could DRIVE it home I got a sort of answer that it rolls and runs anyway. So after taking a day off and sitting on a number of transports (railway repairs etc.) I get the car keys and the car rolls barely twenty meters before it starts to die. By that time they have already had lunch and I am standing on the side of the road right outside their workshop! So they charged for a job they barely did, lied about the condition it was in, completely ignored the fact that it took me a whole day to just find out that the car was broken, and when they were asked to help me back to their parking lot to store it until I could take care of it in another way, instead of even offering the small service, AFTER ALL THEY HAVE PUT ME INTO, they would start to explain it away and they absolutely could not even help STEERING the car while I was pushing it. If anything, I can at least be happy because now I have a perfect example of a "typical car repair shop/dealer" that really does not take responsibility, helps, and they charge what I see as high prices for the pleasure of sitting on trains and buses for 9 hours in a day. No, this was beyond all approval. They couldn't even call to ask for more information BEFORE they started their expensive tasks to check more about the problem, which later seems like the engine has cut itself, and they didn't even have the sense to maybe say the little thing? No, damn it. Bad service, Expensive, Can't be trusted, definitely a workshop that cares more about your wallet than doing a good job.

Bra service, diskanställde vänligen hänvisade mig till en däckserviceverkstad för en långvarig däckreparation efter att ha hört mitt problem.
