5 stars for the food and service. Great flavors and even better staff. Prices are reasonable for the quality you get. My only suggestion: they need better exhaust fans because you’ll definitely take the smell of the grill home with you. Still worth it!

It’s not easy to know where to start. But from the rating, you can understand how we experienced our visit. The food — the most important part. Tasteless. We ordered different hot pots in our group and unfortunately, the flavor was unacceptable. Poorly seasoned and absolutely no sense of composition with the few spices that were used. It’s unbelievable that it’s possible to fail so badly at something that should be simple — a flavorful broth. The venue is not good. The smoke is thick everywhere and after a while all clothes and hair stink of grill smoke. You just have to accept that everything needs to be cleaned afterward. It’s completely crazy that such a work environment can even be allowed for the staff. The service was far below acceptable. Our waiter constantly forgot our orders and didn’t notice us when we wanted to order. The peak of absurdity was when we asked another staff member, “Can we order another beer?” and he replied that we had to ask our waiter — “he works here.” To which we confusedly wondered, “Don’t you work here too?” Truly a tragic experience.

The overall price is on the higher side, but the quality of the meat is quite good. Vegetable portions are relatively small, and the service is average. The sukiyaki broth is just okay — nothing particularly memorable. That said, it’s still a place I’d recommend if you're looking for decent quality meat in a hot pot setting.
