Switching to Saldo Accounting is the best thing we have done for our company. Their implementation process is absolutely world-class – structured, clear and incredibly smooth. We were assigned an implementation manager who really listened to our needs and took care of everything from logins to contact with the previous old agency. This made us feel safe right away and could start the collaboration without the slightest question mark. From the first contact, we were met with a warm, familiar and professional atmosphere. Everyone we have spoken to at Saldo is nice, helpful and committed. Our accounting consultant Klara is faster than lightning, always one step ahead and handles urgent matters before I have even had time to pick up the phone. This creates enormous trust and gives me, as an entrepreneur, peace of mind to focus on the business, and not be stressed about the finances. We have also never felt awkward when we have had questions, quite the opposite. Klara is thorough, always checks things out and even makes direct contact with, for example, the Swedish Companies Registration Office. Unlike previous agencies where we often hesitated to contact them, had to be on call to get things done, at Saldo we always feel that we are prioritized, and that they really try to make it easier for us. One of Saldo's great strengths is their team with different skills and clear division of responsibilities. For example, we have another consultant who only handles the accounts payable, which means that invoices are sent out for approval daily and the flow works seamlessly. Even during busy days, I have received notifications from Fortnox about approving invoices. This shows that they really do their job with heart. Just a few days after the end of the month, we receive a well-written and clear monthly report with comments from our consultant. It is fantastic to receive such fresh and relevant information so that we can make better decisions and manage the business more effectively. We also have a budget with Saldo, so they check for deviations and help us ensure that we follow our set goals for the year. The book-closing process with Saldo was the best we have ever experienced. The book-closing was completed well before the deadline, we barely had to have any contact with the auditor, and all the figures were clearly explained in a book-closing meeting. For the first time, we felt truly informed about how the year went and what the figures mean. They also work completely digitally and use smart tools like the receipt app Mynt, which makes it very easy to submit supporting documents. I love working with an agency that is digitalized and at the forefront. Now, with Saldo as our accounting partner, we feel like we have an “internal finance department” because they are so alert and skilled. We are completely safe and feel like we have full control over our finances. We are really looking forward to a long-term collaboration and to growing together with Saldo!
