I recently got a haircut at Salong Zaxs and I can honestly say it was one of the best hairdressing experiences I've had – easily 5/5 ⭐ Right when I walked in, it felt welcoming in a genuine way. Not stiff or contrived, but just genuinely nice. It was that kind of nice atmosphere where you can relax right away, with a little small talk, laughter and a generally good vibe. The hairdresser was really great. Listened carefully to how I wanted it and asked smart questions so that it actually turned out right – not just “okay, let's go”. It was noticeable that they care about the result and don't just stress through the haircut. At the same time, it felt relaxed, like you could talk about anything without it being contrived. The haircut itself was insanely good. Everything felt carefully done, the details were perfect and the result was even better than I had imagined. It's that feeling when you leave there and are actually really satisfied – not just “it's good enough”. The whole experience felt very professional yet personal, which is quite unusual. You can tell they have both skill and care about their customers. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a really good haircut. I will definitely be going back!
