Bra gym, kanske lite för mycket folk ibland. Lite snåla öppettider, kunde man inte få träna senare obemannat?

I am an international student, and a worker originally told me that I could pay every six months without any issues. I found out later that the gym’s policy says otherwise, which is fine. However, they sent my bill to a debt collection agency that doesn't accept any form of international payment, including international cards. I have gone to the gym multiple times to try to settle my bill, but the staff refused to help and told me to contact customer service instead. I explained my situation to customer service, but it apparently hasn’t gone anywhere. The debt collector they chose only uses domestic systems, and for anyone living in Sweden, it can take months to get a Swedish bank account. If you are an international staying in Sweden for a short time—whether for work or school—DO NOT USE THIS GYM. I don’t know if the workers are incompetent or dishonest, but this is absolutely unprofessional. This could of been avoided if the workers were upfront about what the gyms actual policy is. This is the strangest situation I’ve ever run into: I actually have the funds to settle the debt, yet they insist on using a system that limits how I can pay. I would actually like to pay my debt for the months I had acess before I leave sweden.This limitation has also prevented me from accessing the gym, and I eventually had to cancel my membership because they kept charging me even after revoking my access. If you are Swedish, this gym should be fine since you likely have the domestic services to pay. The facilities are actually nice and the classes seem lively. But if you are an international, I recommend staying away, especially since the staff doesn't seem to care.
